AOTD: Black The Ripper - Outlaw Vol. 1

Black The Ripper is one of the top grime MC in the country, he broke onto the scene with his consistency in freestyle battles on AXE FM but gained a bigger fanbase after the release of his first mixtape Black Is Beautiful back in 2005.

Since his debut, Black has released the mixtapes Holla Black and Afro Samuri as a solo artist. He has also colaborated with fellow grime mc's Cookie & Chipmunk on the Movitation Music series mixtapes.

In 2008 he released the mixtape Outlaw Vol 1 for free on his Myspace page, which was considered to be one of the best mixtapes of the year.

The album has a lot of good tracks and was hard to pick one out. I ended up uploading 'You're No Good For Me' which is has a slick dub influenced instrumental (prod by Dexplicit) and some sick bars from Black. Enjoy the track!
